Block to cut R-Patches from tubing straight. For 6mm ID and 9mm OD tubing. This is a new version. Last version (V3) had problems with printability.
This model has a larger space to insert the tubing as to not put too much pressure on the walls, and also has ticker tabs. It has 2 slots for cutting. One for around 4.8mm barrel window width and the other for around 5.35mm.
If you want, I can design a block with only one cut to your specific barrel. I just need to know the width of your barrel window. If you wan this, just contact me.
SOME TIPS: blow it with compressed air to get rid of any poweder residue; handle with care; if necessary you can pass some fine sandpaper between the taps in order to make them smoother (repeat then advice number 1); use sharp razor baldes.
Best printed in Polished Plastic as to not leave any powder residue on the patch.
