Product Description
I haven't tried it myself yet, but it should stretch to fit over the wrist, then cling lightly to the arm if you push it up to the point where the arm is thicker than 7 cm across.
I imagine that would get it out of the way of the wrist so that it didn't get in the way of, for example, writing.
