Product Description
The funnel and steam dome have been designed from plans of the NSWGR C32 and are available as replacements for the funnel and steam dome of the Ixion HO NSWGR C32 Class steam locomotive.
The funnel has the correct 8 bolts around the flange.
The funnel and dome have been designed to fit in the same holes in the smokebox and boiler top. The flanges are the correct prototype size and won't fit into the outer hole but will sit over and hide the existing mounting hole.
The flanges are only 1/3rd of a mm thick on the edge. This is as thin as the printing process for Frosted Ultra Detail and Frosted Extreme Detail allows.
The plug section underneath the funnel and dome will fit into the inner hole in the respective mounting.
The Ixion funnel and dome can be removed relatively easily, just pull on them with your fingers.
