Product Description
The 'Large Elephant Head Wire' sits nicely as a hanging feature wallpiece for the home. With one of the largest 3D printed physical dimensions available from Shapeways - it measures 50cm wide by 50cm high, and 30cm deep. As some of the featured photos above show, it can also be transformed into a lamp shade. For those keen, this requires you to hand sew a soft material- such as a cotton fabric, over the whole piece.
A minimal approach was taken with the design, so there are no wasted triangles/faces. This reduces the cost, and makes it easier to sew on different fabric materials.
* Despite the 'first to try' mention, this exact same model has been printed successfully on Shapeways before.
