M32 Turret Door

Parts to convert Tasca's 1:35-scale M32 turret to the later wide-door version. Contains the parts (with locating pins) for the two side-cheeks and the door, as well as a drilling template. Simply place the template on the turret front and drill out the six holes with a 1mm drill bit. Insert the locating pins in the holes, glue in place, and trim them flush with the inside face.

Designed for the Tasca turret, but should be possible to adapt it to the old Italeri turret with a little effort!

The door is designed to be in the "closed" position. To "open" the door, drill out the hinges and replace with wire, before adding the two cheek pieces. Note that the opening in the turret face will need to be widened.
