P1 Barge Mortar C2, Storage, or Barracks 3x8 1to28

This is a model of the P1 pontoon in use since WW II by the US military. This barge is 3x8 modules using the P1 and P2 modules. Used by the US military in amphibious operations. The model is 2 pieces first the top deck down to the waterline the second the waterline down. This allows for it to be used in a model as deployed in the water or if glued together as a barge sitting on land or a ship’s deck waiting to be deployed. The dimensions were taken from manuals and then adjusted to meet the limitations of printing at this small scale.
