Cylindrical Wedge Spacer

Shim/spacer designed specifically to make this product: http://shpws.me/HGyN (which is great) work with my difficult welded quill stem. If you have the kind of stem where the forward arm is welded to the vertical column just below the top, then the top of the column will protrude slightly and may interfere with the clear mounting length needed. This spacer allows the bottom end of the mount to clear the protrusion without making contact, bending or rattling. Would also work to clear a larger protruding bar clamp at the front end, to clear any obstruction up to about 13mm / 1/2" tall located close to the end of the required length, or simply to change the viewing angle by about 10 degrees in either direction, or for any other tube-mounted application. Fits 31.8mm / 1.25" diameter tubes snugly, larger ones a bit kludgily.
