Large engines, extreamly powerful shields and three of the largest lasers they could power round out this impresive craft.
The Free Republic's equilvent to a bomber the lancer has three pulse lasers able to aim at the same point on a target to aid pentration and increase damage. It's foward shields are caperball of warding off almost all point defence weapons and even light anti ship weapons, not to be undestimated it does have one large weakness, it is unable to defend it self in a dogfight so it needs excorting.
