This plots the Riemann zeta function in the complex plane with real part between 0 and 4, and imaginary part between -2 and 31. Using colors allows us to visualize this four dimensional plot completely. The height represents the absolute value (modulus) and the color represents the polar coordinate angle (argument). (Red corresponds to a positive real number, blue corresponds to a negative real number, red-blue colors correspond to numbers with negative imaginary part, and the rest correspond to colors with positive imaginary part.) The figure is sliced open at the critical line revealing four zeros, supporting the Riemann hypothesis. Another feature of this plot is the pole of order 1 at s = 1.
