Birdie Sanders

It's a bird!  It's a podium!  It's a bird on a podium!  But not just any podium.  The podium in question was where Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders was making a speech. 

 

To quote the Huffington Post:

 

When a small bird landed on Bernie Sander’s podium during a speech in Portland, Oregon, on March 25, it almost seemed like a scene from a Disney movie.

 

It didn’t take long for the Internet to make the connection. And just as quickly as a fairy godmother can turn a pumpkin into a coach, the hashtags#BirdieSanders and #FeelTheBird were born.

 

Well, who am I to buck a trend.  So here's my take on "Birdie" Sanders - the Bernonified Rostrum Bird.  Clad in patriotic red, white, and blue, along with Bernie's white locks!
