Product Description
[UPDATE: THIS SETS HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH AN UPDATED VERSION. THE NEW VERSION IS AVAILABLE HERE: CLICK]

This set contains four pieces of the French Reibel 7,5mm machine gun, better known as the Mitrailleuse mle 1931;.

Different versions existed but this set includes the two versions which were used in most French WW2 tanks:
  • two left fed machine guns
  • two right fed machine guns
  • five magazines
The left fed machine guns were used in the APX-1 and APX-4 turret of the famous Somua S35 and Char B1bis.

The right fed version was the standard armament of the APX-R turret that was mounted on the Hotchkiss H35 and H39 and the Renault R35.

Reibel machine guns were also used in the Panhard armored car and various other French tanks including a version of the old 'FT-17', the 'FT-31'.

Please note the magazine grips have been omitted due to printing limitations, we recommend using brass plate, styreen sheet or foil to add these parts.

(Please note the grey renderings and 3rd image show the latest version of the design, the other renderings have not nescessarily been updated. If you have questions please let us know)
