The purpose of this part is to provide a rolling surface for the top of a neighborhood fence, to discourage squirrels from running along the top. The design features a flange that secures to the fence with screws, and an axle assembly to hold sections of PVC pipe. The system is planned in hopes of easing discomfort, when one neighbor likes squirrels, and the neighbor next door does not. The assembly will be downloadable as a free stl file for those who have access to a 3D printer.
