This is an adapter for an enlarged ear hole piercing (8mm tunnel/plug), so you can wear regular earrings. Since the tunnel hole is extra small (1.5mm) your regular earring won't hang loose or wobble. The difference between this special adapter and usual small-holed tunnels is that its depth is reduced, so you can close the regular earring/stud with its cap and you wont loose it. The adapter does NOT come with a regular earring/stud, it's made to help you wear your favourite earrings/studs again.

Das ist ein Adapter für gedehnte Ohrlöcher (8mm), um normale Ohrstecker tragen zu können. Da das Tunnelloch besonders klein (1,5mm) ist, wackelt der Ohrstecker darin nicht.
