Here is an adapter for a 90's Bally / WMS cabinet for the plunger / shooter hole to convert to Ball Launch button only without the need to modify your cabinet.
Handy for a project / custom pinball or convert a regular plunger game to just a push button ball launch game.
The adaptor has a lip on it and installs from the inside and then the Ball Launch button passes through from the front and then the Ball Launch button nut locks everything together.
