Subject 2i | Mandible + Distractors (After IMDO)

This is subject 2's lower jaw, after distraction, with the distractors in place. There is no tongue, but this can be printed separately (tongue-after IMDO).

 

This is the "I" model of the mandible that attaches to the "after" tongue, & works to illustrate AFTER IMDO has been carried out.

Only buy this product in the following streams...

1. B+C+F+G+H+I+J+M+N (if you wish to have a full model disassembly, but you DO NOT expect to obtain original distractors, & that you wish to have printed, non-functional, distractors in place)... Most orthodontists would buy this as they are most unlikely to obtain their own real distractors.

WARNING: You must epoxy the elements together, as essentially the mandible is in 5 pieces, held together by two flimsy distractors, and nerves running through the jaw. It must be handled with extreme care, until you use clear epoxy around the edges of each of the osteotomy lines.
