Cubic Woods - Fractal Sculpture & Light Cave

This is part one of a multi artwork project involving this unique Hyperbolic Menger Cube.

I just love when fractals mimic nature. (or was it the other way around?).
Anyhow, I am totally lost in these woods of pure mathematics...

A symbol of how it is all connected.
Man - Trees, Chaos - Order, Mathematics - Nature, Organic - Geometric...

As you see it is very beautiful on it's own - or with a tealight.
To use it as a candelholder with a tealight you have to insert a holder for the light to protect
the plastic. I will design a special 3D printed holder in ceramics.

A massive 3D print with a high quality feeling (and high quality printing cost... Sorry about that! ;).
