1/300 South Korean K-21 IFV x5

The K-21 is a modern infantry fighting vehicle under development for the South Korean army. Among its novel features is the extended use of fibreglass in its structure and armour to reduce weight.

This item consists of 5 models on a sprue. The 40 mm cannon is too thin to 3D-print. Buyers should add it with a 7 mm length of wire - see the picture.


I try to avoid models produced by other manufacturers. In this case, just when I put these models up for sale, both Heroics and Ros and GHQ announced ranges of South Korean vehicles.
At the moment (June 2013), the K-21 is not among the ranges offered by them.
