1/200 N-1 SOVIET MOON ROCKET

A 1/200 version of the secret N-1 moon rocket, the USSR's answer to the US Saturn V.  If they hadn't kept blowing up on launch, things might have been a little different in the 70's with the US striving to beat the Russians to Mars! Dimensions taken from Peter Alway's Rockets of the World. Parts are nested to reduce machine area and the engine pieces are connected to bring the part count down, so some clipping and assembly will be required. Take a look at the images to see the majority of the parts. I also have the aerodynamic fins on the first stage of the model.  Add this to your AMT Man in Space rocket set and join it with the other 1/200 Soviet/Russian space launchers also available in the shop.
