Requested by and O-scale modeller to compliment his Space Shuttle Booster train of MTH cars, here is an upscaled version of my HO Load Gauge/Ice-Breaker frames (3-off) for the lead box-car in the NASA SRB train. I have not been supplied with dimension of an O-scale box-car, so I cannot confirm the fit, but the distance between the mounting plates is 61.5mm (or just under 2.5").
