1/285 (6mm) F-105 Thunderchief

Easy-to-finish model with underwing stores and landing gear already attached. Ideal for the wargamer and aircraft collector. Known among other things as the "Thud," the F-105 was intended to be a supersonic, single-seat nuclear attack aircraft. However, it would up attacking ground targets and Vietnam and was developed into a two-seat "Wild Weasel" SEAD (suppression of enemy air defenses) aircraft. Over 800 were built.
