Fiat G.91
The Fiat G.91 was a fighter-bomber developed in the 1950s by Fiat in Italy. It became the mainstay of the Portuguese Air Force jet fighter contingent. It was used in close infantry support and in bombing missions during Portugal’s conflicts in its African colonies of Angola, Mozambique, and Guinea-Bissau. It was equipped with four .50 cal machine guns and had four fixed under-wing hard points to which could be attached additional fuel pods, unguided bombs, rocket pods, or napalm canisters.
