DRAW object - wavy puck hollow

A solid paperweight with a flat top and bottom with wavy edges.  Intended for production in plastic material options but this requires filling with a material that you supply to add the weight if you want to use it as a paperweight.  A wide variety of fillers can be used such as clay, plaster or concrete, resins, or sand mixed with glue.  Perhaps there are also uses other than paperweights.  Figuring those out are up to you!
