Disc Axle Fixer

This part fixes the axle to rotor disc meaning the axle will turn and can be utilized for further electricity generation and brief starting of the disc. This could be done by way of a small electric motor which is used to start the main disc and then is un-powered and changed over to generating electricity. The potential also exists for a 'Dirod' type static generator to produce static electricity which could then power a connected 'Atmo-type cylinder on the axel, thus reducing conventional electrical mechanical energy.
