US M2A4 Light Tank 1/220 Z-Scale

In May 1940 the last of the Series of M1/M2 Combat Cars / Light Tanks, the M2A4 went into productuction. Around 365 of this small tanks are leaving the factories and mostly assigned to the tank schools as training vehicles. In the beginning of the pacific war, 36 of the M2A4´s saw service during the battle of Guadalcanal with the Marine Corps, because the M3 Stuart wasn´t available in bigger numbers. Im May 1940 wurde die Fertigung des letzten Panzers aus der Serie der M1 / M2 Panzerfamilie begonnen. Vom M2A4 wurden bis 1941 365 Stück gefertigt, welche zumeist den Panzerschulen zugeteilt wurden. Aus Mangel an M3 Stuart Panzern wurden zu Beginn es Pazifikkrieges 36 M2A4 an das US-Marine Corps geliefert und während der Schlacht um Guadalcanal eingesetzt, weitere Panzer dieses Typs wurden an die Britische Armee geliefert. 4er Satz.
