CTA 4000 Series Trucks

This is an HO scale (1/87th) model of the CTA/CRT 4000 series trucks and third rail shoes. The model contain one 6ft. 6in. Baldwin MCB motor truck and one 6ft. 3in. Baldwin MCB trailer truck. Four third rail shoes are included in two styles: two with sleet scrapers for the motor truck and two without for the trailer truck. The trucks will fit any 33in. scale diameter wheelsets with a standard 1.015in. axle length. All of the parts are sprued together and need to be separated and cleaned prior to use. The provided bolster can be cut away if you wish to used the sideframes only for a power-truck like the Bowser or NWSL power-trucks.
