Smooth idler - 60 mm OD (~24T, 8P)

Idler for Gates GT2 8 mm pitch belt.

This idler takes two small bearings: 13 mm OD, 5 mm ID, 4 mm width.  The bearings, rather than being press-fit, require a spacer-washer (~0.9 mm thick) between them to separate their inner races -- there is a similar spacer-ridge on the part that separates the bearings' outer races.
