Use this cutter for cutting the pasta dough into circles of 3 cm diameter.
Use in combination with a patterned stamp to press the pattern into the circle. If the dough remains in the cutter, knock it slightly on your working surface and the dough will fall out.
Croxetti are a pasta form typical of Liguria. Gentry households used to have their pasta "coined" with their coat of arms. The stamps were traditionally cut from wood.
