A truncated tetrahedron labelled 1 through 4 twice to be used as a fair d4.
This shape is a polyisohedron, meaning there are two sets of isohedral faces with a equal probability that it will land on any member of either set. Since each four member set of these eight faces is labelled 1 through 4, it results in a fair d4 (i.e. has a equal probability of producing 1,2,3, or 4).
