Product Description
TBS Discovery PRO Gimbal Mounting Frame for a GoPro3/4 or equivalent without the use of Velcro Straps.

The Camera is being held by both friction and additionally by a Tab that clips into the right back side of the Camera next to the Battery Cover.

According to my own recent observation the Frame, with a Camera Inserted, can also prevent the Gimbal from being bend to Kingdom Kong in the event of a Crash as all three Components ( Gimbal, Frame & Camera ) will effectively turn into a rather sturdy Construction.

Preparation & Installation:
  1. Remove the bottom Part of the Gimbal.
  2. Use some Electrical Tape to keep the IMU Cable in the center of the Corner - The Cable will later be held in place by the Tape and the Tape by the Frame allowing for carefree installation of the Camera.
  3. Insert the Frame into the Gimbal from the bottom - Depending on the accuracy of the 3D Print you may have to use Sanding Paper or a Hobby Knife to get a good fit.
  4. Reattach the bottom Part of the Gimbal.
  5. Insert Camera into Frame - The Camera needs to be flush with the Frame.
  6. Connect the GoPro Cable coming from the IMU to Camera.

Known Issues:
Depending on the 3D Print you may receive a Model that is rather tight or loose.
On a loose Model you may add a few layers of Electrical Tape between the Gimbal and the Frame causing the Frame to bend inwards and thus increasing friction between it and the Camera.
On a tight Model you may have to either sand down the inside of the Frame if it's a problem to insert the Camera in general or sand down/remove the Tab in the rear if you can't get the Camera to be inserted flush.
