I broke it up into two pieces to facilitate printing on smaller 3d printers. Download it here (useful for those who have access to their own 3d printers).  I HAVE NOT PRINTED THIS ONE, SO I DO NOT KNOW HOW GOOD IT IS.  See also the one-piece version.
