This is a kit, and needs some trivial assembly: After painting the parts to your liking, pull the parts off the sprues, and insert the umbrella mast from above into the hole in the center of the table. Then snap the umbrella canopy onto the mast via the circular ring provided on the underside of the canopy. For a more robust installation than is possible using thin plastic rods, replace the umbrella's mast with a 1 mm diameter steel or brass rod of between 20 and 23 mm length.
