It's a busy time here at Shapeways as we're gearing up for a major milestone only weeks away: the reveal of our brand and new website Look & Feel! Also, we continue to work hard on improving our 3D conversion software (STL support and error correction) and we're preparing new production options – more about those in a few weeks. Finally, as we're wrapping up the test phase and are preparing to go towards the beta version of our service, the 50% pre-beta discount will end in 10 days. Website redesign almost done! |

Oh joy! We just got ourselves a sparkling new brand, logo and website design to go along with it! We're working hard to get it on the website – you can expect it to go live somewhere during the next 2-3 weeks. For now, let me just give you a sneak peek to wet your appetite. |

| We're not only working on the new look and feel: last Monday we placed an update on the website that will make ordering a design easier. It also brings back the 'View in 3D' button for designs.

50% Pre-beta discount ends June 1st |

When people help you, you give them something in return. So, we gave you a 50% discount on all orders for testing Shapeways. As we're wrapping up the test phase now and are preparing to go towards the beta version of our service, we want to become clear on our service pricing. Here's what's going to happen: The 50% Pre-beta discount will end on Sunday June 1st - you still have 10 days left to use it. Enjoy it! Don't worry though: we'll keep 3D printing affordable for everyone. The new prices, which will be announced in a few weeks, will be far below the regular market price.
