It’s hard to design something for a material that you don’t know yet, so we prepared a Material Sample Pack in a nifty design. It includes samples of the following materials:
- Full Color Sandstone
- Grey Robust
- Transparent Detail
- White Detail
- Black Detail
- Alumide
- White Strong and Flexible
- Stainless Steel
The Material Sample Pack costs $30, and includes a $25 free printing coupon. So, it’ll really only cost you 5 bucks!

Here’s a forum thread I keep going back to: people are showing their collection of Shapeways prints. It’s completely different from seeing one object at a time - a collection tells you SO much more about a person and their work. Don’t forget to add yours!

You guys are posting so much fantastic new stuff on the ‘It arrived!’ forum, that it’s hard to keep track of. We’ve started a weekly column called Fantastic Friday Finds, showcasing some of the coolest designs. If you would like to be featured on Friday be sure to post your clear, well lit images on the ‘It arrived!’ forum, or even embed a YouTube clip.
