+ 3 Years of Being Passionate About Creating

It’s true. 3 years ago this July, Shapeways got its start, and what a ride it's been. Now, with two offices, just under 30 employees and over 330,000 3D prints to date, we’re working so hard each day that it would be easy to keep our heads down and let the occasion come and go. But that wouldn’t be much fun, now would it? We're currently plotting a big NY-based bash, so keep your eyes peeled for more details.
Thanks to everyone who helped make our first 3 years awesome.

+ Our Materials Status and Improvements to Shapeways' Supply Chain

These last few months have been some of the busiest in Shapeways' history, and we’ve been  working to keep up with the demand! Some of our materials are right on time at the moment, but others are experiencing delays. Take a look at the recent blog post updating the community on the status of all materials. We’ve also been working hard at expanding capacity, making huge improvements to our supply chain, and have begun shipping via the US. More good things to come!

During the next few weeks we will be taking the 3D printed show on the road for Maker Faire in Detroit and SIGGRAPH in Vancouver.
