The bony skeletal structure of an origami paper crane. Created following the traditional crane model, for any lovers or the art of paper folding out there.

The detail is incredible, you can see textures and complex shapes even inside of the rib cage. The poor contorted crane has legs and feet, they are folded into its torso in true origami fashion. And vertebrae on the tail you say? What else did you expect?

The detail is amazing. I plan to make a scale size version out of paper to be displayed side by side.

@XphR Thanks! I hope she likes it. I'm doing more origami lately too, it's such an amazing art form.

@joabaldwin, Ive ordered this in red for my wife's upcoming birthday. I think she will love it! We folded origami a few nights a week for two months (it took me three hours the night before the event to open them all from being stored flat). We used them as part of our wedding receptions decoration. Your work looks amazing, I cant wait to see this in person.

@justiniso I know! It's really hard to get good pictures of the red one, because the red channel on the pics gets quickly saturated and the resulting image looks a bit more flat than in real life. I'm glad you liked it man, thanks for getting one :)

I have the red one and the pictures just don't do it justice. This is one of the most detailed models I've seen and the deep, vibrant red brings it all together. Absolutely beautiful.
