@clenengo you should take a look at the design guide lines here on Shapeways, they've got some great tutorial. You need to leave some holes for the exces material to be removed, and you need to model the inside shape as well (the surface area of your model has no real thickness from what I can gather so your model i basically solid inside).

Hello @mkermol . I've attached in this message an image of the model's wireframe. I made this model using Maya so I think it is hollow inside except for some areas of the combined parts. This is my first time to make 3d models and I'm still not sure on how I can delete the inside. Thank you for the thumbs up. :D

Awesome model, really both thumbs up:D I was wondering about it's structure, is it a solid piece of plastic? If so I don't think the legs will support that much weight. Still looks just like the real thing though.
