This wire mesh frame is intended to be a DIY project to send your camera high up into the atmosphere using a weather balloon. To complete the vessel, the exterior will be covered with fiberglass and a cardboard tube will temporarily be inserted inside so that two-part foam can be poured between the walls for insulation.
