This is a twisty puzzle called the Ultramorphix, and is a shape modification from a 5x5x5 Rubik's type cube into a tetrahedron. It was first created by Chiou Sheng-Wen and you can read more about its creation on the Twistypuzzle forums. You will need to buy a Shengshou 5x5x5 cube and truncate it across 4 corners so the pieces fit correctly. The stickers were made by Oliver's Stickers and can be bought here.
