A set of details parts for improving Weaver's O Scale GP38-2. The dynamic fan is designed to be installed through a rectangular hole from the inside of the shell. The inside face of the part has a built-in enclosure for a sound speaker. The radiator fans are designed to be installed on a flat surface.
