Fancy Angled Lockout Lever for Cane Creek DB Air and DB Coil Damper Systems.

This accessory for the Cane Creek DB was designed to allow riders to rapily adjust shock characteristics while on the trail, without the need to dismount.

This angled lockout lever is designed to fit over the LSC (6mm) adjustment knob on your DB and is andled to enable full 360deg rotation without contacting the other valves or shock body.

This accessory requires the owner to take additional steps to prepare the item for use. Because Shapeways can not accurately reproduce load bearing screw threads (yet) a pilot hole has been provided that must be tapped before use.

Required Tools (Available at any hardware store):
-A M2.5 Thread Tap
-A M2.5 Set-Screw with matching Allan key.

Directions:
-Use the M2.5 thread tap to cut threads into the 2mm pilot hole provided.
-Using the M2.5 set-screw and matching Allan key thread the setscrew into the newly cut threads.
-Set the LSC knob on your DB to the prefered "locked out" position (varies widely per rider)
-Place the Lockout lever over the LSC knob on your db leaving the lever pointing mostly towards the ground.
-Tighten the M2.5 set-screw with the matching allen key
-Go ride, and mess with the lever, making sure you get the full range of motion / adjustment youre looking for.

Hint:
If you place the lever too low onto the LSC knob you may get incomplete rotation in one direction -- be sure to leave yourself about 1.5-2mm of space so the lever can be rotated a full 360 in both directions.

Photos and maybe an install/howto video are in progress -- stay tuned
