LI5C: Lightest Iphone 5 Case

LI5C is certainly one of the world’s lightest, smallest & cleanest iPhone 5 case available.

LI5C still provides great protection to the vulnerable edges of the iPhones' front and back covers.
LI5C will help you keep your iPhone 5 safe from accidental drops where it is very vulnerable.

Main features include:

  • Minimal design
  • VERY light
  • All controls and connections remain easily accessible
  • No signal loss

Indulge yourself & your friends with the most stylish iPhone 5 case on the block!

Take a look at Cordever an incredible piece of design bringing together a light case, a cord manager & an earphone holder!

Cordever uses the exact same frame as this one.

Tip: Because LI5C fits so snugly around the edges of your Iphone 5 I often use kind of tear-resistant wrist band to easily put the iPhone in the case.

Tip#2: I always ordered it using Strong, Flexible & Polished materials and it always perfectly fit.

Thanks Reid676 I really appreciate! Btw, I've updated photo of the item. You can also take a look to another item using the exact same frame: F.

Highly recommend this iPhone case. Received my 'Light Case' today (5/6/13) after ordering on 4/27/13. Pretty quick turnaround and only used standard shipping. The case is definitely unique. I ordered the strong and flexible in black and, as others have noted, it is rougher than I expected. Not necessarily a bad thing but I will have to keep and eye on it to be sure it isn't scuffing the edges of the phone. The design of the case is exactly as shown above. The cut outs are ample for button use and using the headphone jack. The best part of the case is how thin and minimalistic it is. I have purchased a number of cases that claim to be thin, but i have never seen a case like this. It provides protection against drops while also not hiding any the design aspects of the iPhone. There is also a slight lip that protects the front and back of the phone when lying flat on a surface. This case is perfectly cut to fit the dimensions of the phone; which is good and bad. This makes installing the case somewhat difficult and I'm not sure I will ever attempt to remove it. Tip: When I installed the case I used dental floss to pull the final corner of the case onto the phone. Note that if you need access to the sim card slot the case will need to be removed before you can open the sim tray. Overall there is no case on the market quite like this and for the price it is definitely worth a try. I don't think I will ever need another case. Kudos to the designer. I attached a photo and will post again with another.

@fbonan I was afraid to stretch it as you advised out of fear of breaking it, so I eventually used something metal to pry the corner on. Unfortunately, I scratched the phone's edge doing so (my fault). I might get it in other material that is smoother, but this is definitely the lightest, slimmest case available. Please post pictures.

@Brettspu Hi! Actually, using strong & polish material it does fit! I agree hard to put but after, what a pleasure! I'll post some real photo soon. You should try using a tear-resistant wrist band. Put one corner and pull the other corner with the band...

Unfortunately, it doesn't fit! Actually, it probably fits so precisely that it is impossible to get onto the phone! The plastic is also rougher than I expected based on how it looks on screen, but that is due to my lack of experience with shapeways materials. This case would be amazingly slim if one could actually get it on the phone.
