Hi, sorry, I hadn't seen your comment before. I think it went something like this: 1) I put an arch into a cylinder running along the X axis by adding a function of cos(c*X) to the Y values in the middle. 2) I made copies of this, rotated around the X axis. 3) For the twist, I remapped the Y and Z values as Y = Y*sin(c*X) - Z*cos(c*X) and Z = Z*cos(c*X) + Y*sin(c*X) (where c is a constant chosen based on how much rotation you want to your twist).

how did you manage to model the twist portion? Ive been trying to model a similar twist and to no avail
