Product Description
A 1:1200 scale model of the Botnia Express, which was operated on ferry services between Sweden and Finland by Vaasanlaivat / Vasabåtarna.
This was the second vessel to be called Botnia Express, named after the Gulf of Bothnia, and was originally built as the Diana in 1972. Meyer Werft of Papenburg built six similar ships for Viking Line between 1970-1974. Her sister ships were Apollo, Viking 1, Viking 3, Viking 4 and the larger Viking 5. Currently named Jamaa II, she is sailing in the Red Sea.
Now offered in black materials with masts removed.
