I finally got my bearings for testing.. and they fit perfectly! They are slightly tighter than the original, but that's fine.
The original rim weights about 21g.
I don't yet have the back wheel, so if you want similar back rim, you need to wait until autumn 2010 or send me one for measuring. Or draw your own :-)
Not: I cannot guarantee the durability of the material; Shapeways restrictions should be applied. So if you drive with these rims, do it at your own risk. I'm personally quite confident on the durability, but cannot be liable for possible accidents or faults.
