Frame and wheel/axels for a car. Hoping the space is great enough that the frame won't be fused to the axels (we'll see).

Hey, I made this before the forum post came out (part of the testing for that), it's .5mm, although I think I got lucky with this one, I wouldn't recommend it with anything that has a larger overall radius (the radius of the axels are 5mm).

So what clearance did you use? Ie if the axil is centred what is the space on either side?

Spacing is nice, and friction is surprisingly low. Overall great test.
