RPO Set 60 63 64

RPO set, numbers 60, 62, and 64 (in post 1937 configuration)
60 is similar to 65 and 66 and were often used on the San Juan and Shavano.
62 is similar to 63 and 65 and were used on local passenger trains.
64 was unique and was rarely used, although survives today on the Durango and Silverton.
