There are twelve distinct ways to glue together five squares along their edges to form a single shape. These shapes are collectively known as the Pentominoes. The Pentominoes are a challenging packing puzzle --- usually, one is asked to pack them into a 6 by 10 rectangle. But they can also pack a 3 by 20 rectangle. I have taken that packing and wrapped it into a cylinder to make a ring. The perfect accessory for combinatorial geometers!
