Custom Boat Tail Cone ('Sprint' type) for 18mm

Here is a classic boat tail for BT50 body tubes for use with 18mm motors. It is the same proportion as the classic Estes transition TA2050, but obviously without the shoulder for the smaller tube. It is a hollow design with a minimum wall thickness so it is very light and strong. I got tired of doing paper shrouds and hiding seams etc. This part makes projects go by faster easier with better looking results. I think you'll find it a great substitute part for classic clones like the Estes Sprint, or any other sport model that could benefit from the drag reducing performance it can provide.
