minimal bumper doesn't fit iPhone 5s. About 2mm excessive play, which makes the bumper unusable.

Would it make sense to not make the material available in Frosted Ultra Detail? Seems like an odd material choice for an iPhone case, anyway, as it's not very flexible!

@FreakyShape it broke in literally 10 seconds. I contacted customer support and they said this product wouldn't work in that material. There are no directions on how to put the bumper on and no indication on the design which way is which. Front or Back, Top or Bottom. I'm pretty tech savvy, so while I'm not a perfect human, I trust my ability to put on an iPhone case. Maybe the material you tested isn't actually the same they produced it with. @MitchellJetten Yes, I did contact customer service and they were great and helpful and on top of it. They definitely recovered my Shapeways experience. I would have been pretty reticent to order again if they hadn't been so great.

@FreakyShape Would be great to see the additional photos. @jehartwick Have you contacted customer service?

Hi jehartwick, I'm surprised that the bumper has broken like this. I tested this bumper in frosted ultra detail and in strong and flexible material and it doesn't break. The fit is perfect in principle. I will post some pictures to show you. Maybe it's a 3D printing problem. Or you put in place the bumper in the wrong way... Because there are no edges on one side in order to put it on the iphone.

I really wanted to love this bumper. I waited patiently for it to arrive, only to have it break in my hand as I was putting it on. I got the Frosted - Ultra Detail version, but it is simply to thin and flimsy to be put on. It also doesn't fit snug to the phone on the edges, so while it looks great in theory, in use, it is not practical, useful or properly fitting the iPhone 5.
