This puzzle is a modification of a Square-1 in which the cuts are rotated around a face so that they go through the edges of the cube. However, this puzzle was made to have no mirrored parts, which make the layers offset and also make the puzzle much more difficult to solve. This puzzle is sold as a DIY kit directly from Shapeways. You will need to supply yourself (1)M3 screw (15mm length), (1)spring, and (1)washer as well as vinyl sticker sheets.
